Payment is due at the time of service.

These terms apply to appointments booked with Raegan Brumer, operating as Lavelle Health. By booking an appointment, submitting an intake form, or attending a session, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms unless another written arrangement has been made in advance.

Session rates

Rates are listed in Canadian dollars before tax. GST (currently 5%) is added to each service and shown on your invoice or receipt.

Methods of payment

Payment is processed securely through Square by credit card, debit card, or other available Square-supported payment methods. Payment details may be confirmed when booking or at the appointment.

Cancellation & no-show policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments/no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Cancellation charges

If you have authorized a card-on-file or payment method through Square, applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to that payment method. Otherwise, they may be invoiced.

Late or missed payments

Any amount not paid at the time of service is due immediately upon receipt of an invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to interest of 2% per month, equivalent to 24% per year, calculated on the outstanding amount, to the extent permitted by law.

Collection

Repeated late or unpaid balances may result in future appointments being declined until the balance is settled. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred for collection or pursued through other lawful means. You may be responsible for reasonable collection costs permitted by law.

Receipts & insurance

A receipt can be provided for each paid session on request. It is your responsibility to confirm whether your insurer or benefits plan covers the service. Payment is due regardless of whether you intend to seek reimbursement, and insurance coverage cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Fees for services already provided are non-refundable. If prepaid sessions or packages are offered, unused amounts may be refunded or credited in accordance with the package terms and applicable law.
